Description
Mussenden Farmhouse is an L-shaped building, likely with a rear section dating from the 17th century and a front portion from the 18th century. The farmhouse is constructed of painted brick, with a half-hipped tiled roof and a stringcourse. It has three sash windows with original glazing bars. The front features a doorcase with fluted pilasters, a projecting cornice, and a rectangular fanlight. A Roman votive altar dedicated to the goddess Nehelenniae was discovered on the site.
