Description

Little Kensham Farmhouse is a 16th century or earlier timber-framed building that was refronted in the 18th century. It has two storeys, with the side elevation featuring close-studded framing and two original mullioned window frames. The hipped tiled roof includes former smoke louvres and a 17th century chimneystack. The front elevation also has two storeys, with the ground floor weatherboarded and the first floor tile hung. There are three casement windows, and a modern porch with a flat wooden hood supported by brackets and two rustic wooden pillars.
