Description
Lees House is an 18th-century farmhouse built of red brick. It is two storeys high with an attic, and has a hipped tiled roof with two dormers and an eaves cornice. The front features five sash windows with intact glazing bars. A doorcase has a flat hood supported on brackets, a low rectangular fanlight, and a door consisting of six fielded panels. A fire plaque is present. The building is part of a group that includes Nos. 52 to 60 (even) – Holly Tree House, Rosemary, Lees Farmhouse, and the stables associated with Lees Farmhouse – and relates to the wider setting of Shepway and Brisley Rise.
