Description

This is a large, L-shaped building dating from the 18th century, originally comprising an Old School House and School Farmhouse. It has two storeys and an attic, with five windows visible from the front. The building is constructed of red brick with grey brick headers, and the first floor is partially tile-hung. A tiled roof tops the structure, and original glazing bins remain in place. Three doorways are topped with flat hoods supported by brackets. The southeastern end of the building extends into the parish of Wartling.
