Description
Arches Manor, formerly known as Arches Manor Farmhouse, is a T-shaped building dating from the 16th century. It is constructed with a timber frame and was refaced in the 17th century using red brick with grey headers. The building features an eaves cornice and has a mostly tiled roof, although one section of the east wing is covered with Horsham slabs. The west wing has a half-hipped gable. The windows are casement style, and there is a doorway with a flat hood above it. Inside, the manor boasts impressive 16th-century features, including a staircase, panelling, and a fireplace, as well as some 18th-century panelling.
