Description

Eridge Cottage is an ornamental cottage located on the Eridge Castle Estate, built around 1825. It is likely designed by the architect John Montier of Tunbridge Wells. The cottage has two storeys and features three windows. The exterior is stuccoed with a tiled roof. All the windows are small, fancy bays that project on corbel heads. The ground floor windows have decorative glazing and tiled hoods, while the first-floor windows are adorned with carved brackets and small gables that contain corbel heads.
