Stream Farmhouse is an 18th-century building of two storeys. It is constructed with a flint facade featuring horizontal courses of red brick. The roof is tiled. The original portion of the farmhouse comprises two windows, with a modern extension of two windows added to the south, matching the original in style. Casement windows are a feature throughout.
