Description

Riverhall is a 16th-century building with a half-H plan, situated in Wadhurst. It has two storeys and an attic, featuring four windows. The east front is constructed of red brick and is tile-hung on a brick and stone base. The building has two gables that contain attic windows and is topped with a tiled roof. The windows are casement style. The doorway is framed by an architrave surround with a projecting cornice supported by console brackets, and it features a door with six fielded panels. Additionally, there are two brick chimney breasts on the north front.
