Description

Tye Farmhouse is a 17th-century timber-framed building situated in Hartfield. The north wall reveals the original timber structure and plaster infilling. The ground floor has been refaced with red brick, while the upper portion is tile-hung. The roof is tiled. The farmhouse features casement windows with small square panes, and a modern porch. It is two storeys high with an attic space, and has three windows. A gabled porch is also present.
