Description
This is a 16th-century timber-framed house located in Salehurst, Withyham, and Blackham. Originally constructed with timber framing and red brick infilling, the house has been substantially altered, now featuring a red brick facade with grey headers on the ground floor and tile hanging above. The east wing has a gable with moulded bargeboards, a finial, and a pendant. A small porch with a pentice roof is situated next to the gable, and a 19th-century projection extends from the ground floor. The roof is tiled. It has casement windows and two storeys with an attic in the gable, accommodating three windows.
