Description
Downoak Farmhouse is an early 19th-century building that stands two storeys tall and features three windows. The ground floor is fronted with red brick, while the upper floor is tile-hung. The sides of the farmhouse are weather-boarded, and it has a half-hipped tiled roof. The windows are casement style.
