Description

Old Thatch is a restored 17th century or earlier timber-framed building located on the north side of Main Street in Peasmarsh. The east wall features exposed timbering and plaster infilling, while the front has been refronted with weather-boarding. The building has a hipped thatched roof with a pentice on the west half of the south front, which may have once served as a shop. It is two storeys high and has four casement windows.
