Description

Lower Northlands Farmhouse is a building consisting of two parallel ranges. The back range likely dates from the 17th century, while the front range is from the 18th century and has been refaced at a later date. The farmhouse is two storeys high and features three windows. The north and south fronts are constructed of red brick on the ground floor, with tile hanging above. The east front has been refaced with stucco. The roof is tiled, and the glazing bars are intact. A gable porch is also present.
