Description

Probably dating from the 17th century, this farmhouse was altered in the 18th century and subsequently enlarged in the 20th century. It consists of two parallel ranges. The house is two storeys high with three windows. The ground floor is constructed of red brick, while the upper floor is tile-hung. The roof is tiled, and the windows are sash windows set in reveals, retaining their original glazing bars. Brick chimney breasts are visible on the end walls. A recessed, round-headed doorway is topped with a semicircular fanlight. A modern, matching L-shaped wing of three windows extends to the south.
