Description

The Oast is an early 19th-century building located on the north side of Main Street in Beckley. It stands two storeys tall and features two windows. The exterior is weatherboarded, and it has a hipped tiled roof. The glazing bars are intact. On the ground floor, there is a modern bay on the west half of the building. The doorway is adorned with pilasters, a projecting cornice, a semicircular tympanum, and a door with six fielded panels. A veranda covers both the bay and the doorway, with a balcony situated above.
