Description

Rose Cottage, formerly known as Warlands Cottage, is a cottage dated 1745, featuring the initials I S A. It is constructed of coursed stone rubble with ashlar quoins and red brick dressings. The roof is tiled and has an end cemented chimneystack. The building has two storeys and two windows, with 19th-century casements. There is a 20th-century gabled weather porch and a 20th-century two-storey flat-roofed extension at the rear.
