Description

This is a mid-18th century cottage located on the south-west side of Church Road in Chelsfield. The building has been altered in the 19th century and stands two storeys tall, constructed of brick. It features a modern tiled roof with four hipped dormers. Most of the glazing bars have been removed, except for two windows that retain them. The cottage has a plinth and modern doors. It is part of a group that includes Neal's, June Cottage, the cottages adjacent to June Cottage, The Old Bakery, and Nos 1 to 6 (consecutive), as well as The Stone House.
