Description

This is a mid-19th century terrace of two buildings, located on Church Road in Chelfield. The buildings are two storeys high and have a stuccoed exterior. They are roofed with slate. Each building has one sash window with intact glazing bars. Number 4 features a plain doorcase, while numbers 5 and 6 have doorcases with rectangular fanlights. Number 6 also has a moulded cornice above the ground floor window, along with a doorcase featuring a fanlight, cornice, and pilasters. Numbers 4 to 6, together with Neal’s Cottage, June Cottage, the Cottage adjacent to June Cottage and the Stone House, form a notable group.
