Description
Nos 8 to 15 Princes Gardens is part of a grand terrace of houses built in the mid-19th century. The buildings are constructed from stucco and rise five storeys with a basement. Each house features three windows across the front. The ground floor has channelling, and there are projecting Doric porches. The first-floor balustrade is Corinthian, while the windows on the first and second floors are round-headed, and those on the third floor are segmental. Each house has central pediments above the second and third-floor windows. A rich modillion cornice adorns the top, and there are cast iron area railings.
