Description

This detached house is located at 13 Pembridge Gardens and dates from the mid-19th century. It is constructed of stucco and stands four storeys high, with a basement. The house has a symmetrical facade of three windows. A continuous iron balcony runs in front of the first-floor windows. A dentil cornice is located above the second floor. The building was originally part of a larger, unified architectural scheme encompassing numbers 2-34 and 1-11 Pembridge Gardens, as well as the properties on Pembridge Square.
