Description

Black Sea House, located at 72 Wilson Street, is a three-storey building from the early to mid-19th century. It features a three-window front facing Wilson Street and has a rounded angle with two bays on Worship Street. The exterior is finished in stucco and includes a parapet. The windows are recessed sash types with glazing bars, and the first-floor windows have additional margin lights. These first-floor windows are set within round-arched recesses. The ground floor showcases windows separated by flat quasi-Corinthian pilasters that support a fascia with a dentil cornice. There is a central entrance, and a small doorway on the right has been altered to a window. Additionally, there are two entrances on Worship Street.
