Clare House is a 17th to 18th century timber-framed and plastered house, originally marked on the map as Rogerson's Farm. It has two storeys and features a three-window range with 20th century casements that include glazing bars. The roof is hipped and tiled. Clare House, along with Tranters and the White Horse, forms a group of buildings.
