Description

View Leys, originally known as Homeliegh, is a mediaeval hall house dating back to the medieval period. It is a timber-framed and plastered building with a tiled roof, and features cross wings at the north and south ends. The south cross wing has a jettied upper storey and a brick-faced ground storey, which is painted. Modern casement windows and a boarded door are present. A tall ridge chimney stack rises from the roof.
