Description

Dickleburgh Hall is a house dating to the 16th century, with later alterations. It is constructed of painted brick and has a steep tiled roof with gabled ends. The house is two storeys high with an attic, displaying windows in the gable ends. There are four widely spaced windows, featuring three- and four-light wood mullion/transom casements. A large brick chimney stack with diagonally set shafts has been much renewed. A wooden doorway is topped by a 4-centred arch, above which is an elaborately carved beam that is currently not in its original position. The building possesses group value in this context.
