Description
Glebe House is an early 18th-century former pair of cottages, now a single dwelling. It is constructed of brick with a pantile roof. The house is two storeys high with an attic. The symmetrical front facade has five late 19th-century sash windows with vertical glazing bars. A central 20th-century door has been inserted. Two blind window spaces are suggested at first-floor level by black brick headers, indicating former doorways below which are now blocked. A platband and moulded brick cornice run along the top of the facade. The east gable-end is decorated with cable moulding and a black header lozenge pattern. Gable-end stacks are present. A later continuous outshut and a single-storey outbuilding extend to the rear of the property.
