Description

The Lane House is an 18th century cottage. It is timber-framed and has been plastered with a thatched roof. The original cottage is two storeys high, featuring casement windows and a central chimney stack. A later extension was added to the south, constructed with plaster and a tiled half-hipped roof, and contains modern casement windows and a central entrance porch.
