Description

Radebund Buildings comprise three ranges of twelve terraced houses built of gault brick with slate roofs. The houses at numbers 50 to 53 and 58 to 61 are similar in style, standing two storeys high with basements, and each featuring two windows with glazing bars. They have flat-arched doorways, fanlights above the doors, and small flights of steps with original railings. The fronts of these houses are divided into bays by long recessed panels. Numbers 54 to 57 are also two storeys high with attics and basements, and share a similar appearance to the adjoining blocks, but are slightly taller and include panels above the heads of the first-floor windows, although without the vertical recessed panels. Cast-iron railings of various types run along the front of each house. The listed buildings on the South Side of Jesus Lane are considered to form a group.
