Description

Sundial Cottage is a late 17th-century building located on the west side of Market Square in Toddington. It is constructed of red brick and has two storeys topped with an old clay tile roof. The cottage features a modillion cornice and five modern wooden transom and mullion leaded casements, which have gauged brick heads. There is a first-floor band, and the entrance includes an eight-panel door set in panelled reveals, flanked by Doric pilasters. Above the door is an entablature with a modillion cornice, an open pediment, and a traceried fanlight.
