Description

Brookfield is an early 19th-century square house that has been faced in cement rendering. It is two storeys tall and features sash windows. The house has a pleasing contemporary doorcase with pilasters, sidelights, and an entablature. To the south, there is a stone-built gabled wing that includes a stone mullion window.
