Description

The Malt House is a building from the early 19th century with a 18th-century back wing that is positioned at right angles to the front. It features white painted brickwork and a tiled roof, along with a corbelled cornice. The structure is two stories high and has an obtuse angle near the center of the front. The front facade includes three sets of two sash windows set in reveals. On the ground floor, there is a four-light canted bay window on the left side, which has a plain frieze and cornice. The entrance has a plain door surround and a small bracketed hood. The Malt House is part of a group of listed buildings along Worcester Road on both the north and south sides.
