Description
Rotton Row Farmhouse is a late 18th century or early 19th century building located on Warwick Road in Solihull. It is constructed of red brick and features a hipped roof covered with old tiles. The farmhouse has a square plan and stands three storeys tall, with three sash windows that have glazing bars set in reveals beneath stucco lintels. The central doorway is notable for its panelled door and fanlight, which includes radiating glazing bars within an arched panelled reveal. This entrance is framed by slim Doric pilasters, an entablature, and an open pediment. The back elevation includes two gables.
