Four Oaks Methodist Hall was built in 1907-1908 by Crouch and Butler in a mixed style that combines elements of Perpendicular Gothic and Arts and Crafts. The building is constructed of ashlar stone and features a tiled roof. It is part of a group that includes Four Oaks Methodist Church, Hall, and No 159 (Westley Cottage), along with No 2 (Parsonage House) on Four Oaks Road.
