Description

The outbuilding located northeast of Grendon Court is believed to have been a chapel in the past and was possibly rebuilt in the 19th century as a barn. It is constructed of stone rubble with quoins and features a tile roof with gable ends. The building has two storeys. The east wall contains a partly blocked window opening, while the west wall has a completely blocked window. On the south wall, there is a partly blocked window, and to the west of this is a doorway with chamfered jambs and a two-centred head. The inserted floor includes an early 16th-century moulded beam.
