Description

Lower Court is the remnant of a medieval building, largely rebuilt in 1630. It is timber-framed and entirely covered with weatherboarding. The building has three gables of differing sizes and a slate roof. It extends over two storeys with five casement windows. The interior contains a staircase from 1630 and fireplaces, including one with an overmantel featuring enriched stucco decoration.
