Description

Lower Venn Farmhouse is a 17th-century building constructed with a timber frame that is faced in roughcast, sitting on stone foundations. The farmhouse is two stories tall, with attics and a cellar. It features a total of five windows, arranged with a central block and cross-wings, one of which has two gables. The windows include wood mullion casements and small pointed arch windows in the gable heads. The roof is modern and covered with tiles. Lower Venn Farmhouse is part of a group that includes the associated farm buildings.
