  1. From C11. The eastern part of the nave is possible pre-Conquest without much evidence primarily in north doorway. Comprises nave, chancel, north vestry, south porch and timber bell-turret with spire. C11 nave has windows of C12 and C14. The chancel 1856-7 by Sir G G Scott with east window by Hardman. C12/13 font. Late C15 screen between chancel and nave. C17 r C18 wrought iron hour-glass stand and bracket in porch. RCHM volume II, page 186, plates 54, 77 and 73.
