Description

The barn at Cheyney Court, located to the north of the house, dates from the late 16th century or early 17th century. It is constructed of stone rubble with ashlar dressings and features a tile roof. The building has two storeys and attics, with an early 19th-century turret on the west gable being its most prominent feature. It retains original stone mullion windows, which are either two or three lights. It is said that the barn was used as a chapel at one time.
