Description

Forty Acre Farmhouse is an 18th-century building constructed of red brick, with stone rubble at the rear. It stands two storeys high with an attic and features two gables with coping. The windows are sashes with glazing bars and segmental heads, while the entrance has a door with a rectangular fanlight. The roof is tiled. This farmhouse, along with its associated farm buildings, forms a cohesive group.
