Description
The Post Office is a 17th-century timber-frame building with a rubble base. It is two storeys high and has casement windows. The gable end features a moulded bressummer above the ground-floor windows and carved brackets. The building has diagonal brick chimneys. It is part of a group that includes Clematis Cottage, Hyethermes, Bullshead Cottage, Stores Cottage, and Rose Cottage. The building is of group value, contributing to the wider historical and architectural significance of the area.
