Description

Hill House is an early 19th-century stucco-fronted building. The facade is grooved to resemble stonework, and it has a hipped slate roof. The main, southern facade is of three bays, with the central bay projecting forward and topped by a pedimented gable end containing a recessed tympanum. There are three windows on this facade, all with barred sashes. A portico with Tuscan columns and rear pilasters is centrally positioned, featuring a fanlight above the doorway. The western section is recessed and has two windows with unbarred sashes. A rear wing extends from the main structure.
