Description

The eastern gate piers to Warmsworth Hall date from around 1702 and are constructed from ashlar magnesian limestone. They consist of a pair of tall, square-sectioned piers that feature moulded plinths and recessed panels on both the front and rear faces. Each pier is topped with a broad cornice and an obelisk finial. The later iron gates are not considered to be of special interest.
