Description

Nos 23 and 25 Hartburn Village are early 19th century cottages that stand at right angles to Nos 15 to 21. They are two storeys high, with No 23 featuring one window on each floor, while No 25 has two windows on the first floor and one on the ground floor, along with a central pier buttress for each cottage. The rear of No 23 includes a two-storey flat-roofed extension. The cottages have brick flat arches, with stucco on the lintel or door of No 25 and a concrete lintel for No 23. No 23 has modern casement windows, whereas No 25 has glazing bar sash windows. Both cottages are topped with a pantile roof and have two brick chimneys.
